Should I bring a rope ?
Yes, bring a rope. Some routs will be reserved for climbing clinics, but the rest of the quarry is open for climbing.
Can I bring my dog ?, my children? my skis ?
Yes, the Sandstone Ice Festival is a family event and everyone is welcome.
And yes, bring skis if there is snow. Banning State Park has over 20 miles of groomed trails.
Where can I get guided ice climbing instructions?
