Join Dean Einerson as he describes his three failed attempts of the West Buttress rout of Denali then somehow goes on to climb the much harder and more technical Cassin Ridge over a weekend. Dean shares his slides and gives insight to the challenges of climbing the largest mountain in North America. Highlights will include spindrift avalanches, high winds, pulmonary edema and slowly emerging confidence in the greater ranges.
