No, all clinics are free. The Ice Climbing clinics are organized by the Minnesota Climbers Association and are staffed by volunteers.
The winter camping clinics are organized by Hard Water Sports and also free of charge.
Yes, Robinson Park in Sandstone Minnesota is open every day for climbing. During the festival a small amount of climbs are reserved for climbing clinics but the rest of the park is open - bring a rope and some top-roping gear.
